Phil Rogers has been the lead elder and pastor of Ascot Baptist Church since April 1997. He is responsible for the overall leadership of the church as well as the preaching and teaching. Phil is married to Sandy and they have three sons, Dave, Andy and Tim.

Phil Draper has been one of the Elders at ABC for 17 years and heads up all our Children’s Ministries. Phil is married to Janice, a full time physiotherapist, and they have a son and daughter, Mark and Clare.

Dave Rogers became an elder in March 2010, He is the youth worker at the church and is also responsible for our Sunday evening meeting abcsix. Dave is Married to Em and they have two boys, Zachary and Joseph.
